Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email and phone, and ensuring they feel valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
