Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive outbound candidate outreach, qualification, and interview scheduling for our fast‑growing remote teams. The role is fully remote, operates on U.S. business hours, and offers a clear path for long‑term career development in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound sourcing calls and engage potential applicants.
• Explain job opportunities clearly and perform initial candidate qualification.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate follow‑up communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM and ATS systems.
• Follow outreach scripts and structured recruitment workflows.
• Meet daily performance goals for outreach, screening, and scheduling.
• Participate in training sessions, team coaching, and additional recruiting tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, customer support, telemarketing, or call‑center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ATS or CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to follow scripts and structured procedures effectively.
