About the role

The Communication & Marketing Manager will lead all communication and marketing activities for a tourism and transport focused organization. Based in Dakar, the role involves regular travel to company sites such as Saly and other locations. The position is ideal for a professional passionate about promoting travel experiences and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s tourism and transport objectives.
• Create and manage content for digital and print channels, including brochures, social media, and newsletters.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and events across multiple sites.
• Maintain brand consistency and oversee visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service visibility.
• Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to improve audience engagement.

Required profile

• Solid experience in communication and marketing within tourism, transport, or related services.
• Strong passion for promoting travel experiences.
• Based in Dakar with willingness to travel regularly to other sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
