Responsable Communication – Projet Résidence CHIVA

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Manager to lead the visibility and branding of the CHIVA Residence project in the Almadies district of Dakar. Reporting to the Marketing and Commercial Director, you will support the commercialisation of this high‑end construction project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated communication plan covering digital, print and event channels.
• Manage the project’s social media accounts and dedicated website.
• Create visual content, 3D renderings, videos and press releases.
• Organise launch events, site visits and participation in trade fairs.
• Maintain press relations and media partnerships.
• Monitor and protect the project’s e‑reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Strong creativity and excellent French writing skills.
• Availability to attend project events.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools.

What we offer
