Service & Operations Integration Manager

About the role

The Service & Operations Integration Manager leads the integration of newly acquired firms into the Focus Partners Wealth operating model. Working closely with Service & Operations leadership and multiple business partners, the manager ensures a smooth transition from due diligence through post‑close stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Service & Operations integration activities for acquisitions from due diligence to post‑close implementation.
• Partner with Corporate Development and Onboarding & Integration to assess integration readiness and requirements.
• Analyze current‑state operating models, processes, and structures of target firms.
• Develop and execute integration plans that align acquired entities with the Focus Partners Wealth model.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and role readiness for associates, advisors, and clients.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs.
• Support post‑close stabilization and hand‑off to Client Service leadership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work autonomously and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong initiative, flexibility, and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing complex integration projects, preferably in financial services.
