UX/UI Designer – AI Operating System for B2C Brands

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands. We are looking for a world‑class UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, beautiful and high‑converting product and marketing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows and integrations for the core product.
• Create marketing assets such as landing pages, product pages and demo flows.
• Define, maintain and expand the design system and component library.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs using Figma.
• Build conversion‑focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and A/B experiments.

Required profile

• Passion for turning complex workflows into delightful user experiences.
• Ability to work directly with CEO, product managers and engineers.
• Strong eye for visual consistency across product modules and touchpoints.
