Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor at Olam Agri is responsible for ensuring efficient stock management across the company. This role guarantees product availability, proper handling of raw materials, supplies, and spare parts while maintaining accurate inventory data.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stock management operations, including receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution.
• Control inbound and outbound goods, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock movements in the ERP or dedicated stock management system.
• Organise and oversee periodic inventories and cycle counts.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure optimal storage layout and proper preservation of goods.
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate replenishment needs, and generate performance reports.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, enforcing safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for stock processes.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience in stock management or warehouse operations.
• Degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Stock Management or a related field.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using dedicated stock management software.
