Account Manager – Business Information

About the role

Coface is seeking an Account Manager to grow and retain its Business Information (BI) customer base. You will be responsible for driving revenue, converting customers to subscription models, and ensuring the smooth operation of BI contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing BI accounts to meet revenue targets and increase subscription uptake.
• Perform sanity checks on BI contracts, usage, and billing.
• Promote Coface’s BI offering and raise customer awareness.
• Provide training for BI users and identify development opportunities within accounts.
• Manage contract renewals, upsell services, and minimize attrition.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Back Office to align contracts with customer needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 2‑3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in Business Information.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with customers and brokers.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Required skills

• Experience in sales development within the Business Information market.
• Knowledge of various contract structures and consultative selling.
• Understanding of current economic trends affecting the market.
