Agent de liaison communautaire

About the role

The Community Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and local populations. This role ensures that community concerns are captured, addressed, and integrated into project planning and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with community members to collect relevant data, information, and concerns.
• Facilitate and animate the complaint and grievance management mechanism.
• Monitor the local employment management process and track related outcomes.
• Analyze the project's contribution to Senegalese local content and monitor social impact KPIs.
• Support the implementation of the CSR program and the stakeholder engagement plan.
• Oversee communication and information dissemination activities for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in community outreach and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and report data from field interactions.
• Familiarity with grievance handling processes and CSR monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in French (and preferably local languages).
