AR Query Investigations Agent

About the role

The AR Query Investigations Agent handles, investigates and resolves customer enquiries across multiple channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses under moderate supervision. The role supports credit and collections as well as accounts receivable (OTC) activities while maintaining compliance with internal and external policies.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to inbound calls and emails, and make outbound calls when necessary to resolve queries in a call‑center environment.
• Log queries accurately in the ERP system and promote self‑service options to prevent recurrence.
• Escalate complex issues to senior agents or managers and support billing adjustments and cross‑functional liaison.
• Contribute knowledge to resolve recurring queries and assist with more complex billing‑related investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role, with an intermediate level of English.
