Associate, Emerging Talent – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate, Emerging Talent works within CHAI’s Global Talent Acquisition team to build and sustain university partnerships and manage the intern programme, ensuring a strong pipeline of early‑career talent for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with target universities worldwide, including careers services, faculty and student societies.
• Coordinate CHAI’s presence at university career fairs and events, handling logistics, materials and direct student engagement.
• Activate CHAI alumni from target institutions as advocates and speakers for campus activities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end intern programme, overseeing applications, communications and cohort logistics.
• Track engagement, applications and outcomes in the iCIMS ATS, ensuring data integrity and producing regular reports.
• Collaborate with the wider TA team and Brand & Attraction Specialist to align university outreach with CHAI’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Experience in campus recruiting, university partnerships or early‑careers roles, with a strong focus on event coordination and external relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to represent CHAI to student audiences and convey the organization’s mission.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting, maintaining accurate records in an ATS.
• Fluency in English and French; Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
