Associate, Supply Chain Management, Global Malaria (Commodity Access)

About the role

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a motivated Associate to support supply chain management for its Global Malaria Commodity Access program. The role focuses on collecting and analysing procurement and stock data for malaria commodities across several African countries, helping to prevent stock‑outs and ensure continuous access to life‑saving treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with CHAI country teams, government partners, suppliers, and distributors in Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria, and Malawi.
• Collect, validate, and analyse procurement, inventory, and order data for malaria commodities.
• Compare commodity data with donor‑provided stock and order information to identify potential stock‑outs.
• Provide timely data insights to inform mitigation strategies and support the Commodity Backstop Fund.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
