Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and French to join its dynamic team. In this position you will deliver high‑quality support across phone, email and chat, helping customers navigate money transfers and related financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
• Handle inquiries about money transfers, transactions, and other financial services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or a call‑center environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
