Bilingual English-Arabic Travel Support Agent (Remote, Dakar)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Arabic Travel Support Agent to join our international travel operations team. Based in Dakar and working fully remotely, you will help deliver smooth, personalized travel experiences for a global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer requests throughout the travel journey.
• Coordinate with airline, hotel, and other partners to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Identify solutions and handle unexpected situations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards while processing multiple requests simultaneously.

Required profile

• Resident of Dakar.
• Minimum 3 years experience in travel, hospitality, customer service or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Middle Eastern dialects); French is a plus.
• Strong communication, proactive and solution‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized and learn quickly.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside regular hours when needed.
• Genuine interest in travel and international destinations.

Required skills

• Experience with digital tools and CRM systems.
