About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on non‑voice interactions, handling customer inquiries via chat and email, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
