About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support the assigned team with day-to-day activities and projects.
• Gain practical experience and understanding of Maersk's business and ways of working.
• Assist with coordination, reporting, analysis, documentation and other activities relevant to the assigned function.
• Collaborate with colleagues and teams to support business priorities.
• Participate in team meetings, learning activities and assigned projects.
• Bring fresh ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant field.
• Eager to learn and develop practical professional experience.
• Curious, proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Good communicator, organized and able to manage assigned tasks responsibly.
• Comfortable working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Open to learning, feedback and new challenges.
