About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the development and performance of our dealer network within an assigned territory. This role combines strategic planning, hands‑on support, and continuous monitoring to ensure dealers meet sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement dealer‑specific sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Provide training and ongoing support on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess dealer operations, branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
