Entrepreneur in Residence – Build New AI Business

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to create and launch a new AI‑powered product or business vertical within the company. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s AI platform, engineering, design and customer base to turn a market opportunity into a revenue‑generating venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities that align with Base360.ai’s AI operating system.
• Validate customer problems through research, interviews and data analysis.
• Define product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch MVPs quickly.
• Recruit, lead and grow a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Present progress and results directly to the founders and executive team.
