Facilities Lead

About the role

Wave is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure smooth office operations and support the Regional Office Management Lead across its Senegal offices. The role involves overseeing facilities, real‑estate projects, and vendor management while maintaining high workplace standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate office expansion, lease agreements, renovations and fit‑out activities across the region.
• Supervise day‑to‑day office management, maintenance, health & safety compliance and fleet management.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture procurement and stock.
• Oversee vendor contracts, quotations, cost negotiations and support budget preparation.
• Provide logistical support for office relocations, project setups and travel coordination.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in office management, facilities, administration, logistics or operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Management or related field.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with regional teams.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience managing vendors, suppliers and service providers.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools, trackers and reporting systems.
