French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions, providing clear and friendly assistance in both French and English via voice calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or higher) and stable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias ticketing platform.
• Experience with Zendesk ticketing platform.
• Experience with Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• General familiarity with CRM systems.
