French-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and account issues.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and solution‑orientation in every interaction.
• Accurately log all communications and updates using CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in BPO, call centre or SaaS.
• Reliable, proactive work ethic with the ability to work independently from home.
• Home office meeting basic requirements: stable 25 Mbps internet, Intel i5 (or equivalent) computer, quiet workspace, headset with clear microphone.

Required skills

• Comfortable navigating CRM systems.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Salesforce.
