French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance through voice calls, live chat and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support in French and English via phone, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
