French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
