About the role
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our main entrance. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route communications to appropriate departments.
- Handle complaints and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and office‑management tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Required profile
- High school diploma (S.S.C.E) or equivalent.
- Entry‑level experience (approximately 1 year) in a front‑desk or receptionist role.
- Friendly, easy‑going personality with strong perception and discipline.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proven experience as a front‑desk representative or similar position.
- Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
