Future Leaders Program – Commercial Planning Manager

About the role

The 36‑month Future Leaders Program is designed for ambitious professionals to lead commercial planning initiatives across markets. You will start in the home market of Dakar and later relocate internationally, driving data‑driven projects and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own key commercial planning projects, shaping outcomes across functions and regions.
• Lead data‑driven initiatives in an international assignment, delivering measurable business value.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to address regional opportunities and align local needs with global strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a global organisation with exposure to multiple markets.
• Advanced English fluency and legal right to work in South Africa without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate internationally during the program.
