Global HR Manager – Policy, Payroll & Compliance

About the role

The Manager / Senior Manager – HR will play a strategic and operational role in strengthening global HR governance and execution across BLS International’s regions. The position focuses on developing global policy frameworks, overseeing multi‑country payroll, managing performance systems and ensuring full compliance with labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and implement global HR policies, ensuring alignment across Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East and APAC.
• Oversee multi‑country payroll operations, time & attendance, leave and overtime governance, coordinating with finance and payroll vendors.
• Drive the Performance Management System and manage the Hire‑to‑Retire employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness.
• Ensure statutory and labour‑law compliance, identify HR risks, and support audits, inspections and legal consultations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience with exposure to global HR operations.
• Strong expertise in payroll administration and compliance.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
