Human Resources Specialist (Global HR Manager)

About the role

The Manager / Senior Manager – HR will lead global HR governance and execution, focusing on policy frameworks, payroll, performance management, employee lifecycle, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on South African talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for South Africa, including sourcing, screening, offer management and onboarding.
• Develop talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews, salary negotiations and coordinate interview processes while ensuring compliance with South African employment laws.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports to ensure timely, quality hires.
• Oversee multi‑country payroll operations, time & attendance, leave and overtime governance, coordinating with finance and payroll vendors.
• Drive the Performance Management System and manage the Hire‑to‑Retire employee lifecycle, ensuring documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance, identify HR compliance risks and support audits, inspections and legal consultations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of HR experience.
