Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own the growth engine and experiment rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, executing campaigns and delivering results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale what works and discard what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new growth channels or deepen existing expertise.
• Strong desire to become a top growth marketer.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern marketing tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data attribution and insight‑driven action.
• Bonus: hands‑on experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content or lifecycle marketing for B2C brands or startups.
