Head of Fleet Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Fleet Business Development to drive the growth of our fleet operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. In this senior position you will secure financing for fleet partners, manage key relationships, and support local teams to ensure operational excellence across the markets.

Key responsibilities

• Secure external financing to support local fleet partners.
• Manage partner relationships and lead negotiations to achieve business targets.
• Lead and support local fleet managers within a cross‑functional environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations and drive their development.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, investments, investor relations, or working with funds.
• Proven team‑management experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Readiness for business travel.
