Hospital Liaison

About the role

The Hospital Liaison joins a fast‑growing provider of clinical respiratory equipment, delivering and picking up home medical devices for patients transitioning between hospital and home care. This position ensures timely, safe, and accurate handling of equipment while educating patients on proper use.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and retrieve home medical equipment—including pulse oximeters, oxygen supplies, and related devices—to and from hospitals.
• Provide patients with clear instructions on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Assist with inventory counts, organization, and storage of medical rental equipment.
• Clean and disinfect equipment according to company protocols.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately.

Required profile

• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer abilities.
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Computer operation skills.
