Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for Ria Financial Services Senegal, aligning people strategies with business priorities. This role partners closely with local leadership and regional HR teams to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with Senegalese labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business partner for the Senegal entity, advising management on workforce planning and HR best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, manage relationships with recruitment partners, and oversee onboarding using the Jobvite ATS.
• Drive the performance management cycle, support managers with evaluations, and coordinate learning initiatives via Litmos.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, negotiated exits, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Support compensation processes, coordinate payroll with Finance, and manage employee benefits.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, surveys, and internal events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management within a multinational or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Senegalese labor law and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to partner with senior leadership and drive HR initiatives that support business growth.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Jobvite.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Litmos.
