Human Resources Manager – Senegal

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for Ria Financial Services Senegal, ensuring that people strategies align with business goals. This role partners with local leadership and regional HR teams to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business partner for the Senegal entity, advising management on workforce planning and HR best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, manage relationships with recruitment partners, and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Drive the performance management cycle, support managers with evaluations, and coordinate learning initiatives using Litmos.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, negotiated exits, and ensure compliance with Senegalese labor law.
• Support compensation processes, coordinate payroll with Finance, and maintain accurate employee data in Oracle Fusion.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs such as town halls, surveys, and internal events.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Senegalese labor legislation and HR compliance.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
