Human Resources Specialist – Global HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Specialist to lead global HR governance for BLS International. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, you will shape policy, oversee payroll across multiple countries and ensure compliance throughout our worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and implement global HR policies, ensuring alignment across Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East and APAC.
• Act as the central point for policy interpretation, handling exceptions and partnering with regional HR teams.
• Oversee multi‑country payroll operations, time‑and‑attendance, leave and overtime governance, coordinating with finance and external payroll vendors.
• Drive the Performance Management System and manage the full hire‑to‑retire employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation for audits.
• Monitor labour‑law and statutory compliance, identify HR risks and support audits, inspections and legal consultations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with exposure to global HR operations.
• Strong expertise in payroll administration and compliance.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
