Integrated Facility Management Services Engineer

About the role

Join PMI’s global Operations team as an Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) Engineer. You will ensure the reliable, efficient and sustainable operation of utilities and facilities across the manufacturing site, supporting uninterrupted production and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utilities systems such as electricity, steam, compressed air, gas, and water.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maximise equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance records and ensure statutory inspections are completed.
• Champion compliance with PMI sustainability, health & safety, environmental and quality standards, including ISO requirements.
• Monitor and optimise energy consumption and track environmental performance metrics.
• Support utilities and infrastructure projects by preparing technical specifications and evaluating emerging technologies.
• Analyse operating costs, support budgeting and identify productivity and energy‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in industrial utilities or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with project teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Analytical mindset for cost analysis and continuous improvement.
