Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and coordination of our marketing activities, ensuring they align with business objectives and brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Oversee the marketing team, managing activations, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities and create strategies to increase penetration and revenue.
• Generate ideas for promotions, collaborations, partnerships, and weekly activations to boost traffic and engagement.
• Prepare marketing reports, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain relationships with corporate media, retail partners, and other stakeholders.
• Keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation while ensuring consistency across all collateral.
• Plan and execute special projects, events, exhibitions, and brand experiences.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure initiatives reflect brand values and guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of proven marketing experience.
• Professional certification is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and communications.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgeting, and project management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, passionate about disruption, with an interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Ability to leverage existing networks and connections effectively.
