Medical Graphic Designer – Digital Healthcare Communications

About the role

Join Clientelis, a leading pan‑African healthcare digital communications agency, to create scientifically accurate visual content that helps healthcare professionals across Africa engage with medical information.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually engaging and scientifically accurate digital content for healthcare professionals.
• Create brochures, presentations, infographics, short videos, e‑detailing materials, and digital campaigns.
• Support multi‑channel communication projects on WhatsApp, email, web, and social media.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring compliance with pharma industry standards, including AI‑generated video production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Medical Illustration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in medical or pharma contexts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
• Capcut and Canva.
• HTML5 and CSS knowledge.
• Video editing and studio production experience.
