O&M Operator - Kolda

About the role

Renvolt is expanding its solar portfolio in Senegal and seeks a dedicated O&M Operator to support the Kolda site. The role involves maintaining green spaces, handling agricultural and gardening equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of photovoltaic modules.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of green areas within solar photovoltaic plants.
• Operate and maintain agricultural machines such as tractors and related implements.
• Use gardening equipment, including brush cutters and other tools.
• Operate photovoltaic module cleaning machines, including robots and manual cleaning equipment.
• Provide transversal support to the O&M team and ensure equipment availability.
• Maintain common spaces, access routes, and adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Perform physical site work and obtain required medical fitness certification.

Required profile

• Knowledge of large‑area deforestation and environmental management.
• Experience handling agricultural and gardening machinery.
• Willingness to support various O&M activities for solar photovoltaic plants.
• Ability to travel within Senegal as needed.
• Valid Senegal driving licence.

Required skills

• Operation of photovoltaic module cleaning machines.
• Handling of agricultural and gardening machines.
• Basic computer skills for operational reporting.
