Payments Projects Lead – Drive Cross‑Functional Initiatives

About the role

As a Payments Projects Lead you will drive large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives at the intersection of product and payments. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic B2B projects, collaborating closely with internal product teams, corporate partners and field merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex ops projects that scale payments for new products and partners.
• Identify, communicate and resolve blockers, ensuring timely progress.
• Accelerate project delivery through close collaboration with product, corporate and informal merchant ops teams.
• Maintain live project documentation to enable asynchronous, cross‑border work.
• Engage with users, corporate partners and merchants to gather insights and clarify issues.
• Proactively solve problems and think creatively to overcome challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in retail or FMCG sectors, preferably with project management or consulting background.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Work authorization for Senegal.
