Premium Cash Assistant

About the role

Wave is expanding its Premium Agency network in Senegal and needs a reliable professional to be the first point of contact for customers and agents. As a Premium Cash Assistant you will support daily cash operations, ensure accurate reconciliation, and help agents meet their liquidity needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nearby agents with cash deposits and withdrawals to maintain liquidity.
• Provide guidance on Wave products, account opening, app usage, and physical card services.
• Maintain daily reconciliation of premium points and record all cash‑management transactions in the treasury system.
• Request and allocate sufficient funds to rebalance agent and client accounts.
• Report discrepancies, challenges, and counterfeit bills to the Premium Cash Officer and leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a cashier or in cash‑management, reconciliation, or liquidity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in French.
• Previous front‑office customer service or banking experience.
• High attention to detail, vigilance, and strong integrity.
• Familiarity with Wave products is a plus.
