About the role

Dakar Academy is looking for a nurturing, Christ‑centered Preschool Teacher to join our team in August 2026. You will provide developmentally appropriate instruction that supports the academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth of young children across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons for preschool‑aged children.
• Foster holistic development, including academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects.
• Maintain a safe, joyful, and Christ‑centered classroom environment.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support each child’s learning journey.

Required profile

• Passion for early childhood education and Christian values.
• Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Commitment to a 1‑4 year term in Dakar.
