About the role
The Programme Coordinator (Head of Pillar) is a temporary P4 position based at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for West and Central Africa in Dakar, Senegal. The incumbent will support senior regional leadership and ensure effective coordination of the assigned pillar.
Key responsibilities
- Report directly to the Deputy Regional Representative and the Regional Representative for West and Central Africa.
- Liaise and cooperate closely with relevant substantive sections at the Regional Office and with UNODC headquarters, especially the Division for Operations in Vienna.
Required profile
- Experience in programme coordination within an international or United Nations context.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage relationships across offices.
