Project Manager

About the role

QTE SENEGAL is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager to lead telecom infrastructure projects in the Dakar Region. The role involves end‑to‑end planning, coordination and execution of site deployments while ensuring projects are delivered on scope, budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans and logistics arrangements across multiple sites.
• Coordinate daily activities with engineering, expediting and inspection teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders, providing status reports and escalating risks as needed.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential issues early and implement mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with QTE SENEGAL’s quality, health, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in telecom infrastructure, construction or industrial project environments.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities, especially in remote or complex settings.
• Fluent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety and quality standards applicable to field operations.
