Remote Business Account Rater – French

About the role

This remote position focuses on evaluating AI‑generated email responses for professional French‑speaking users. You will use your own corporate Gmail account to assess how well the system personalises replies based on your actual business email history.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated email replies and judge their relevance, accuracy, and personalisation.
• Identify and document issues such as incorrect personalisation, unsupported assumptions, or irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI responses to determine which provides a superior user experience.
• Provide clear, structured feedback on each evaluated response.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French.
• Reside outside the United States.
• Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account with at least 1,000 business emails and regular activity.
• Gmail interface set to French and inbox primarily in French.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication in English for feedback.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
