Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with care and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Spot recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Uphold brand professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
