Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them with order tracking, product queries and issue resolution while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, offering clear, solution‑focused guidance.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
