Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning questions and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately log all interactions in our support system.
• Spot recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
