Remote Hiring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Hiring Specialist to support the recruitment and talent acquisition operations of fast‑growing remote teams. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a smooth, organized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound recruitment calls and outreach to potential candidates.
• Screen applicants, assess communication skills and job qualifications.
• Explain job opportunities, schedules, and hiring expectations.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update hiring status in internal systems.
• Track candidate progress through recruitment pipelines and follow established procedures.
• Provide timely follow‑up communication throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume candidate interactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer, and mobile device.
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, staffing, or call‑center operations is a plus.
