VIGILUS Facilities recherche un(e) Responsable Service Après-Vente (SAV) passionné(e) par la relation client et l'amélioration de l'expérience client pour rejoindre ses équipes à Dakar.

Missions principales

Piloter la relation SAV.
Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction client.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des prestations.

Profil recherché

Bac+5 en relation client, marketing, management des services ou équivalent.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en SAV ou relation client B2B.
Bonne compréhension du Facility Management.
