Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to join a fast‑moving video production company. This part‑time, fully remote role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, helping clients turn brand goals into high‑performing social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive content plans tailored to diverse client objectives and audiences.
• Conceptualise native social content, thumb‑stopping hooks and platform‑specific campaign ideas.
• Present social strategies on client calls, explaining data‑driven and psychological reasoning.
• Edit short‑form video assets (films, reels) to a polished, social‑first standard.
• Support production logistics, including call sheets and shoot preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media strategy, digital marketing or content creation within an agency or video‑production environment.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, current trends and algorithm mechanics.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently as the internal social‑media expert.

What we offer
