About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support professional to assist in the negotiation of authorizations within the telecommunications sector in Dakar. The role focuses on providing technical assistance during the authorization process, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the preparation and negotiation of telecom authorizations.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal departments to gather required documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the negotiation process.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations and authorizations.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of authorization procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or higher.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support or related role, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of telecom authorization processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
